Laboratory of functional diagnostics of low-dimensional structures for nanoelectronics

Research interests

Expert in the field of Raman scattering of light in semiconductors. The area of scientific interests is related to the study of the optical properties of semiconductor nanostructures, mainly nanocrystals and amorphous semiconductor nanoclusters in dielectrics. Explores the use of dielectric films with semiconductor nanoclusters in memristors.

Keywords: semiconductors, dielectrics, nanostructures, optical methods for studying nanostructures, memristors.

Regularly invited as a visiting professor at the University of Lorraine (Nancy, France). Head of RFBR and RSF projects. Has 5 Russian Federation patents.
