Structures of the products are determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The compositions and nature of compounds 2 and 3 are confirmed by IR spectroscopy, elemental and thermogravimetric analyses. All three compounds are based on binuclear {Ln2(DMF)4(RCOO)6} units organized into 3D frameworks with primitive cubic topology pcu by linear organic linkers. The specific void volume in the structures of 1-3 ranges from 29% to 37%.",
