N2 - Excitation of argon radiation in condensing supersonic jets of argon mixtures with methane, monosilane and carbon dioxide upon electron-beam activation of the flow is investigated experimentally. It is found that, at certain condensation stages, the radiation intensity at some atomic argon lines increases anomalously. It is shown that the effect appears at the initial stages of condensation and is damped upon the formation of large mixed clusters.
