N2 - Since recently, the design of the detector for the Super Charm-Tau Factory has been actively developed at the Budker Institute. The principal tasks of the detector tracking system are to provide efficient reconstruction of charged-particle tracks, to determine their momenta and impact parameters with high precision and to identify particles using their energy losses. This article describes various issues related to the development of the drift chamber, the main part of the tracking system.
