It correctly takes the change in metastability level of parent phase in the process of formation and growth of the new phase nuclei into account. The distinctive feature of the model is the isolation of {"}forbidden{"} zones in the volume of crystallizing material where the formation of new nuclei is suppressed. The model allows one to find characteristic time of the nucleation stage, dependence of the volume of crystal phase on time, and mean size of crystal grains in solidified material.",
