The upper frequency limit of the capacitance reproduction of GET 107-2019 is 300 MHz. This was achieved as a result of the development of a reference installation with an operating frequency of 300 MHz. The paper considers the principle of operation of the installation and algorithms for processing the measurements. The relative systematic residual error of GET 107-2019 is 5•10 -5 -1•10 -3 depending on the operating frequency, the relative standard deviation of the measurement result when reproducing the unit is 3•10 -6 -3•10 -4 , which exceeds the capabilities of national standards of other countries. The State Verification Scheme for measuring electrical capacitance in the frequency range 1-300 MHz has been developed and approved. GET 107-2019, as well as the subordinate standards and measuring instruments are widely used in micro- and nano-electronics, biomedicine, radio electronic industry, instrumentation, in the development and production of modern materials and equipment.",
