N2 - The effect of thermal annealing on the structure and properties of fluoropolymer coatings obtained by hot wire chemical vapor deposition is investigated. The structure of fluoropolymer coatings is analyzed by SEM, XPS, and IR spectroscopy. The wetting property is studied by measuring contact angles. The stability of coatings obtained was determined by their treating with an ultrasonic cleaner.
