N2 - In this paper, we analyze the development of processors in recent decades in order to find the factors that most strongly influence it. We show how to use the analytically calculated characteristic Computer Capacity to identify these factors and quantify their influence. Presented work describes the factors that have the greatest impact on the processors development and shows which of them have the potential for further development, and which have reached saturation.
