N1 - This work was supported by outgoing funding of the Institute of Solid State Chemistry and Mechanochemistry, Siberian Branch, Russian Academy of Sciences (reg. no. NIOKTP 121032500064-8) and also in framework of state task of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Russian Federation to the Rzhanov Institute of Semiconductor Physics of Siberian Branch of Russian Academy of Sciences (the theme no. FWGW-2025-0023: Control of functional characteristics of nanophotonics and nanoelectronics components based on semiconductor nanostructures) in part of works on studying Raman spectra using a laser 514.5 nm.

N2 - Abstract: It was shown that distinctive Raman spectra of conjugated carbonaceous systems can be observed for substances without conjugated bonds. The need for reexamination of carbonaceous materials’ Raman spectra interpretation is discussed and new their explanation based on self-SERS (SERS—Surface-enhanced Raman Spectroscopy) effect is proposed.
