The purpose of the work is to build a module of the intellectual assistant, which performs processing and analysis of the received user's answer, selection of the next question for the candidate and control over the interview process. The created program complex is a link of the developed system, and can also be used in other subject domains and on other platforms. In the work of the intellectual assistant a four-level ontological model of the subject domain is used. The implemented methods of knowledge processing are based on the use of partial models and their ontological homomorphisms. The system provides the possibility of automated identification of knowledge, skills and competencies of candidates, allowing qualified specialists to save effort and time.",
