N2 - This is our fourth paper on the revision of brachiopods from the Lower and Middle Cambrian of the Siberian Platform based on the material collected by Yu.L. Pelman in the 1970s–1980s, and by our colleagues and ourselves. The first three papers were on the brachiopods of the class Lingulata. Here we revise the representatives of the class Paterinata (order Paterinida) from the Early and Middle Cambrian of the Siberian Platform. These are the earliest known brachiopods. As the order is quite small, only seven genera are described here; two of them, Micromitra and Dictyonina, had not previously been reported from Siberia.
