N2 - The results of observation of Ramsey oscillations in germanium doped with arsenic donors detected by photothermal ionization of Coulomb centers are presented. To excite quantum coherent superpositions of the states at the transition 1s(A1)–2p 0 the Novosibirsk free electron laser radiation was used. The results are analyzed using a theoretical model using several key parameters of the experiment.
