N2 - In the paper, we present an algorithm of the Monte Carlo method for calculating the optical transfer function (OTF) of the ocean-atmosphere system based on a combination of the methods of "correlated sampling" and "conjugate trajectories". Some numerical estimates of the effect of a number of factors on the OTF system are presented.
