N2 - The flow of the heated water films was studied experimentally at high temperature gradients on the film surfaces. The film thickness and temperature fields on the film surfaces were measured simultaneously. The thermocapillary structures were registered at Reynolds number (Re = 50). Deformation of 3D waves and evolution into the thermocapillary-wave structures at heating the vertically falling water film were indicated.
