N2 - This work is devoted to the results of an experimental study of the impact of n-wave on heat transfer in a boundary layer of a flat plate at the Mach number 2. To generate N-wave into the flow, a roughness on the lower part of the nozzle of the test section of wind tunnel was used. As a result of the experiments, heat transfer data on the surface of a flat plate were obtained. A double longitudinal structure is shown in the form of a defect in temperature change caused by the interaction of two vortices with the surface of a flat plate model. The paper shows comparisons of the obtained distributions of the surface temperature difference in the cross section of the plate with measurements using a pitot tube and a constant temperature anemometer
