N2 - Spectral measurement of a flux of electromagnetic waves in a frequency range from 0.1 to 0.6 THz is a complex and demanded task. A special device called a polychromator was developed in order to provide measurements of spectral power density distribution in the given spectral range with high time resolution. This paper presents the description of the units of the polychromator and the results of conducting the calibration procedure for its frequency selective channels.
