N2 - We present the results of fabrication and characterization of two distributed feedback fiber lasers based on 32-mm pi-phase-shifted fiber Bragg gratings, which are inscribed in non-PM CorActive EDF-L1500 and non-photosensitive CorActive SCF-ER60 fibers with a femtosecond point-by-point technique. The generation regimes, spectral and polarization characteristics of the lasers are studied depending on the fiber specifics.
