N2 - The article is devoted to development of mathematical methods for formal modeling of business processes and their use in creation of intelligent assistants. These methods are based on the use of ontologies, partial models and their ontological homomorphisms. Partial model theory is applied for the organization and structuring of the document automation. Development of intelligent assistant which can automate the process of creating documents is one of the tasks. As example we consider document automation at the university department. To achieve this goal an ontological model was developed and templates for various types of documents were created. The flexibility of the ontological model makes it easy to adapt the document process to changing regulations. Special attention is paid to the problem of finding and eliminating contradictions in documents. An approach based on neural networks and logic semantic methods was considered to automate the process of identifying and resolving contradictions in texts.
