The paper describes the application architecture, creates models of the course and the primary user profile. It develops correlation measures between courses, as well as between subcategories. The system aggregates e-courses and forms the linking structure between them as a weighted graph. Each link and its weight determine the similarity of the courses. Personal recommendations are based on the acquired data. ",
