N2 - This paper describes the equipment and methods of the beam diagnostics, namely, the beam current density distribution measuring and the beam position and inclines angle determination. Such a diagnosis is aimed at applying on the electron-beam technological installations, in particular, on the electron-beam welding installations. The paper presents the results of the beam current density distribution measurement, describes the design of the beam position and inclines angle measurement system, and presents the results of preliminary tests of the prototype of this system.
