N2 - A principally new collective state - magnetofer-mionic condensate - has been found at excitation of long-lived triplet cyclotron magnetoexcitons in Hall isolator with high electron mobility, filling factor ? = 2 and at low temperatures, ? < 1 ?. The condensed phase interacts coherently with external electromag-netic field, exhibiting super-emitting properties, and due to low viscosity spreading over macroscopic dis-tances from the excitation spot along the 2D structure surface. The discovered effects are explained in terms of coherent condensate appearing in a non-equilibrium system of 2D fermions with totally quantized energy spectrum where a degenerate ensemble of long-lived triplet magnetoexcitons with Bose statistics has been created. The condensate occurs in the space of vectors of magnetic translations, the landscape opening new opportunities for future physical investigations.
