N2 - The present paper is devoted to the molecular-dynamic study of the behavior of nanostructures at increased temperatures. The detailed description of the procedure for heating the system to the specified temperature is given. The temperature range is found, in which the thermal instability of the system is observed, when the crystal structure is broken, but the system still remains in the solid phase.
