Combining the ℬ⁡[퐷+푠→휙⁡(→퐾0푆⁢퐾0퐿)⁢휋+] obtained in this Letter and the world average of ℬ⁡[퐷+푠→휙⁡(→퐾+⁢퐾−)⁢휋+], we measure the relative branching fraction ℬ⁡(휙→퐾0푆⁢퐾0퐿)/ℬ⁡(휙→퐾+⁢퐾−)=(0.593±0.02⁢3stat±0.01⁢4syst±0.01⁢6휙⁢휋), where the third error is due to the uncertainty of the ℬ⁡(퐷+푠→휙⁢휋+,휙→퐾+⁢퐾−).
