N2 - Introduction: Ring chromosomes are usually found as a part of mosaic karyotype and dynamic mosaicism is a frequent event in the patient’s cells. Induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) proved to be a valuable tool for the modelling of the dynamics of ring chromosome mosaicism through multiple cell divisions.
