N2 - The methods based on the use of time-frequency representations are proposed. The useful signal is reconstructed from the amplitude peaks of time-frequency spectrograms obtained by S-transform. As a result of numerical experiments, it is shown that using narrow time-frequency intervals (about 10-20 time reports), it is possible to determine the parameters of a pulsed-type signal with substantially longer duration.
