The problems of assessing blood loss volume, diagnosis of disorders of haemostasis (DIC syndrome scoring), administration of infusion-transfusion therapy for massive blood loss and regulation of haemodynamics in haemorrhagic shock are discussed. The use of recombinant coagulation factors (FVIIa) in coagulopathy against the background of massive blood loss has been substantiated.
