N2 - The objective. To evaluate the health's status of mothers with prolonged infertility and their children born as a result of assisted reproductive technology (ART). Patients and methods. Inspected groups: main group - 20 women with prolonged infertility and 23 children who were born as a result of assisted reproduction; group of comparison - 22 mothers of the same age, and 22 children child, conceived by a natural. Health's status of mothers with infertility, which used the ART in treatment, was analyzed. A complex clinical and instrumental examination was conducted to babies. Results. The main indications for ART were dysfunction or organic lesion of the fallopian tubes (55.0%), anovulation (45.0%), immunological incompatibility with the husband (45.0%), chronic endometriosis (25.0%). For babies from the main group after birth for certain found out the signs of prematurely bornness and morphofunctional immaturity more often as compared to the group of comparison: 34.8 and 15.4, 78.3 and 33.3 %, reciprocally (p < 0.05). Positive results of microbiome correction with probiotic Bifidobacterium lactis (BB-12) were revealed. Conclusion. Obtained data is important for planning the extended complex of rehabilitation measures for neonates and infants born as a result of ART, including protective regime, support of breastfeeding, replacement and probiotic therapy.
