N1 - Funding Information: This study was supported by the Russian Science Foundation , grant № 19-75-20063 . FSBI Federal Neurosurgical Center provided PBMCs of Parkinson’s disease patient. Clinical exome sequencing was analysed in Novosibirsk State University. The mouse embryonic fibroblasts were obtained at the Common Facilities Centre “SPF-vivarium of the ICG SB RAS” (https://ckp.icgen.ru/spf/). The immunofluorescent imaging was performed using resources of the Common Facilities Center of Microscopic Analysis of Biological Objects, ICG SB RAS (https://ckp.icgen.ru/ckpmabo/), supported by the State project of the Institute of Cytology and Genetics (# 0259-2021-0011). N2 - Mutation in the glucocerebrosidase encoding gene (GBA) is one of the most frequent genetic cause of Parkinson's disease. ICGi034-A induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) line obtained by reprogramming peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) of a patient with heterozygous c.1226A > G (p.N370S) mutation in the GBA gene can be used for studying the fundamental mechanisms of the pathogenesis of GBA-associated Parkinson's disease, and for potential drug screening. The iPSCs express pluripotency markers (NANOG, SSEA4, TRA-1-60, OCT4, SOX2), have a normal karyotype, and are capable of producing derivatives of three germ layers.
