N2 - Mutual understanding between doctor and patient is necessary for successful treatment. Patients with rosacea respond differently to risk. The options of attitude to risk in 30 patients with rosacea were examined. Questionnaires developed by V.G. Maralov and et al. were used as a diagnostic instrumentation. The combination of sensitivity degree to threats and response methods defines 8 types of relation to risk. As a result of the study, it was found that types of attitude to risk differed in patients with rosacea depending on sex. An adequate response to risk is pe-culiar to men (58%). Tendency to exaggeration the risk is typical for women (44%). There was a high inverse relationship between rosacea remoteness and sensitivity degree to risks (p
