N2 - We have experimentally studied the structure of supersonic underexpanded room-temperature air jets escaping from the micronozzle with characteristic heights of 22.3 μm and widths within 2593 μm in a range of Reynolds numbers of 1280-9460. The pressure distribution in the cross-section and in the longitudinal direction were measured.
