N2 - The evolution of a system of two droplets of heavy gas after the passage of a shock wave through it is studied in a two-dimensional unsteady approximation using the previously formulated mathematical model of the mechanics of a two-velocity two-temperature mixture of light gas and heavy gas. Satisfactory agreement with experiment is obtained.
