Each of the presented methods is implemented in FPGA-based video processing unit of thermal vision device. Visual comparison of image enlargement results when observing a small-sized object at different background is given. Mitchell method is recognized as the most suitable way to enlarge the image by interpolation in thermal vision cameras.",
