Laboratory of the reactivity of solids research focus is on the reactions with solid reactant(s) and/or product(s). Correlations "composition - structure - property - method of preparation" are sought. Control of reactivity of solids, i.e. control of reaction rate, spatial propagation of the reaction, the characteristics of solid products. The results of the fundamental research find applications for design and manufacturing of new functional materials with various properties, drug formulations, catalysts, as well as for the research in the field of green "dry" technologies.
