Profile Information

The aim of the LPGG activity is fundamental and oriented scientific research on petrology, geochemistry and geodynamics of magmatic and metamorphic complexes within the folded belts and cratons of North and Central Asia, to assess the patterns of location and prospects for identifying ore deposits.
Laboratory tasks: expeditionary geological research; petrological, mineralogical, geochemical and isotopic studies of minerals and rocks of magmatic and metamorphic complexes; scientific and educational work to attract undergraduate and graduate students of the GGF NSU to scientific and scientific-technical activities in the field of petrology and geochemistry.
